This is a propaganda text from one of the worst colonial states in African history. The White minority regime murdered an enormous number of the black majority population, mostly innocent civilians but also liberation fighters.
It is a shame that this sort of fascist propaganda is still available. For those not familiar with African history the "Ministry of Information, Immigration and Tourism" may sound innocent, but it is actually similar to something published in Nazi Germany or Stalinist Soviet.
